The Harry Gow team are of the belief that baking nowadays is done in too much of a hurry, using bags of pre-mixed ingredients to cut corners for commercial gain. As fifth generation bakers with a proud tradition in proper scratch baking, the Gow family are determined to fly the flag for proper, old-fashioned baking. Whilst they have managed to grow their bakery business to seventeen stores, they refuse to compromise.
